this is easy pasta recipe which is chicken white sauce
pasta out of all the premium pastas that is available in the market one of my
choices is sweet phil's pasta because it's easily available and it's made of
hundred percent durum wheat so it's rich in protein and fiber which also makes
it a healthier choice when you cook any kind of pasta the shape of the pasta in
the final presentation matters a lot and i just love how it maintains its shape
and texture throughout the recipe.
now let's get started take some water in a pan
and bring it to a boil, now add one teaspoon salt one teaspoon oil then add the
penny and let it boil for eight to nine minutes on medium to high heat this is a
400 drum pack so i'm going to use half of it after this we'll saute the chicken
and the vegetables so you can do both side by side to save time store it in
between so that it does not stick to the pan.
i remember when i cooked pasta for
the first time i over boiled it and when i was trying to mix it with the sauce
it all kind of broke which looked really bad so next time when i cooked penny i
knew for how long should i boil it so that it can hold a tray throughout the
recipe.
i started experimenting with the sauce and the flavor how i can make it
quick and easy without compromising with the taste you all tried and loved my

around 8 minutes and you can see the pasta heart changed its color at this stage
take a penny and try to cut it with the help of a spoon and if it cuts easily
without putting any pressure it means the pasta is done.
now we'll strain it and
keep it aside then heat up a pan add one tablespoon oil then add in the chicken
and saute it for 5 minutes on high heat this is around 150 grams of boneless
chicken cut into small pieces if you are a vegetarian you can skip chicken and
use mushrooms zucchini along with bell peppers .
now bring down the heat
to medium add 1 tablespoon chopped garlic 1 tablespoon chopped onion and saute
for a minute then add half a cup of chopped bell peppers half a teaspoon salt
half a teaspoon black pepper one teaspoon chili flakes half a teaspoon oregano
and saute for another 2 to 3 minutes boneless chicken does not take much time to
cook you can always taste it to know whether it's cooked or not now take it off
the heat and transfer it into a bowl.
scrape the same pan and place it on
low heat then add 2 tablespoons of butter, once it's melted add 2
tablespoons of all-purpose flour and saute for 1 minute or until it's slightly
yellow in color then pour in two and half a cups of milk by storing it
continuously make sure the milk is at room temperature and not cold or chilled
or else it will create a lot of lumps which will be difficult to break keep
stirring the milk until it thickens a bit then add one teaspoon oregano half a
teaspoon black pepper and mix them well once you get your desired thickness add
in the chicken and the penny and mix them well.
now add some salt to
taste [Music] then goes in 50 grams of grated mozzarella cheese you can add any
cheese you like i know there is a lot of flour and cheese happening here but the
wig filled pasta is also a healthy choice given the source of wheat it comes
from so you know you're not compromising on the fiber and nutrition for your
cravings it's a perfect blend of both
once the cheese is completely
melted take it off the heat and garnish it with some fresh basil as you can see
the pasta did a really good job in staying in shape ingredients in any recipe
matters a lot so always use ingredients from interested brand i have been using
wheat fill since many years now and it works the best for me just look at all
the sauce that's filled in the penny it looks so delicious sprinkle a little bit
of chili flakes and oregano.
