Chilled and Creamy Mango Pudding |
Ingredients :
- 500-600 gms Mango
- 4 tbsp Sugar
- 1 Cup milk
- ½ Cup fresh cream
- 3 tbsp Corn flour
- Chopped mangoes for serving
Direction
we need around 500 to
600 grams of mangoes which serves around
4 people I'm going to show you a little
technique about how to cut this mango perfectly it's easy hack just take 1/2
and cut this into small cubes make sure
you don't cut the skin of the mango then
take a spoon and scoop it out into
perfect cubes
see it was that easy.
similarly I'll tied all the mangoes, it's done now I'm going to add around
four tablespoons of sugar and grind it
for about three to four minutes then
I'll strain it to remove all the fibers
and to get a smooth mango puree
and as it's very thick it own strain
easily so you just have to use a spatula
to strain it out like so.
you
then I'm gonna cook this on low flame
for about four to five minutes
now it's time to add the cornflour I
have taken 1 cup of milk 3 tablespoons
of corn flour and 1/2 a cup of fresh
cream now just add the corn flour into
the milk and mix it nicely, then add the mixture into the mango
puree and keep stirring it.
you can also
use China glass or agar agar instead of
contour if you have it handy
you
you
you
then after two minutes add the fresh
cream and mix it properly
fresh cream makes any kind of pudding
thick and creamy and also gives it a
very nice creamy flavor
keep stirring it and the puree becomes
thick
as you can see it has now taken up so
remove it from the heat
and pour it into some heat-resistant
serving bowls or glasses
you.
after that just let it come down to room
temperature then store it in the fridge
for at least two hours or overnight
before serving, so it's been two hours and a mango
pudding has completely spent now serve
it cold with some chopped mangoes and
enjoy this chilled and creamy mango
pudding on this horn summer.
